As a child,Colleen was always drawing and painting, doing anything that was creative, which lead to working at a florist as a teenager. Picasso Floral Designs, is a studio florist, creating custom made arrangements. We strive to make bouquets that are creative and unique, no "cookie cutter" arrangements. Flowers are always fresh and only the best quality will do.

Flowers are bought on a daily basis, with a morning trip to our local wholesalers. There are times we may need to make a substitution, due to not all flowers, or specific colors will be available, including containers. Any floral changes are made with the closest type and color that is available, always at equal or higher value.
