The flowers I chose were delivered as requested except that the weather was a bit too warm for one of the flower varieties that was in the original arrangement. Picasso Floral Design’s communication that they would need to make the substitution was timely and straightforward. The substitution they made ended up being lovely and my recipient was very happy with the arrangement. When they attempted delivery there was no one home, so they immediately messaged my friend to ask if they should deliver at a later time, which fortunately was unnecessary. Picasso Floral Designs gets five stars from me on both quality and communication. I highly recommend them!
