We sent flowers to our daughter-in-law. I arrangements on-line I liked but couldn't make up my mind. I called Picasso Floral Designs for help and told her I wanted something colorful with the oranges. The arrangement was gorgeous. We would not hesitate to use Picasso again. Another plus is the woman I talked to was so friendly and helpful.
